TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

We have three independent terms in an academic year with payments divided into three installments (option) for each term which mostly differ in length and are therefore priced accordingly.


Our uniform is compulsory and must be worn to class each week, to auditions and to and from set/theatre when working. Jazz shoes are compulsory.  Uniforms and Jazz Shoes are available from us in all school locations for first four weeks of each term and order forms on our website too.

Parents are emailed all important information, fees due, outings, auditions, term dates and Mid Term Breaks via our regular newsletters and notes distributed by e-mail to the parents email address on file.  We also display all our exciting news and updates in our News Section on www.dublinstageschool.ie.  If you feel you have missed anything please get in touch. 
 
Methods of Payment - USE YOUR CHILD'S NAME AS REFERENCE ON ALL TRANSACTIONS PLEASE.

  • Credit Card, Visa and Mastercard incur a 3% charge
     

  • Cheque to Dublin Stage School.
     

  • Cash - in an envelope with your childs name clearly marked
     

  • STRIPE online payments attached to your invoices and newsletters
     

  • Bank Transfer, account details on invoice and newsletter
     

  • Fees MUST be paid in full by week 6 of term (Paying in 3 installments is fine too) - late fees will incur an administration fee of €10. Please ensure fees are clearly marked with your child’s name and class. 
     

  • All Deposits are non-refundable and are automatically credited against your first term’s fees.  Term dates will be emailed to you are are found on  website www.dublinstageschool.ie
     

  • Please ensure that you let us know of any medical or special needs your child might have, this can help with their enjoyment at Dublin Stage School.   
     

  • All new students come on a two week trial basis so you can try out and pay the deposit of €70 (€35 for Juniors).   We feel that it takes 2 weeks to really settle in and get a proper feel for our classes.  If after 2 weeks of term you decide our classes aren't for you please just let us know so we can offer the place to another student.  If after two week trial the students is happy to continue fees will be due in full by 6th week of term.
     

  • All students may get the opportunity to appear in Film, Television and Theatre.   If a Dublin Stage School student is cast in a production , Dublin Stage School will deal with all contracts, invoicing and arrangements on the students behalf. For this we charge a 20% management fee. If you do not wish your child to attend castings or be put forward for professional work please let us know and all students must have a current Head shot and other helpful information like height and eye/hair colour up to date.
     

  • Dublin Stage School will from time to time take photographs and film footage of students during class time for use in Dublin Stage School marketing and publicity material. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed/filmed please let the school Principal know by email info@dublinstageschool.ie if you do not consent to the use of images as described above. 
     

  • Missed session can be made by attending an alternative school 
     

  • Dublin Stage School reserves the right to exclude students from lessons at its discretion.
     

  • Dublin Stage School reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and to the teaching staff.
     

  • Students participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Dublin Stage Schoo and its staff of any existing injuries or medical condition.
     

  • Dublin Stage School Students are obliged to take care of their own belongings. We can accept no liability for lost or damaged belongings although we do our best to re-unite you with you stuff - PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING.
     

  •  Please note that by enrolling your child for Dublin Stage School you are agreeing to, and bound by, our terms and conditions as laid out in this document.
